We are looking for highly qualified individuals with a proven record of academic excellence combined with significant and sound work experience as well as

  • University educated (any field, economics not necessary, technical is a plus), advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) is a strong plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English in addition to local language
  • International experience (work or study)
  • Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving
  • Superior personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities, personal maturity)
  • Ambitious, motivated, high-energy personality, with leadership skills but collaborative personality
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, capable of interaction at all levels in a company, from factory floor to CEO
  • High integrity and reliability
  • For positions from associate upwards, strong industry background in specific industry(ies) is a strong plus

  • Business Analyst (typically 0-1 years of experience after graduation)

Business Analyst

Business analysts are members of the team who work on our client engagements from day one and have direct interaction with client employees. Generally, expectations of a business analyst position are listed as follows:

  • Develop consulting skills and business background
  • Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance
  • Identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance
  • Prepare and structure documents with minor guidance
  • Learn the consulting profession and be a good team player
  • Learn the philosophies and practices of our firm
  • Show self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data
  • Be sensitive to business opportunities
Senior Business Analyst

Generally, expectations of a senior business analyst position are listed as follows:

  • Develop consulting skills and business background
  • Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance
  • Identify issues, structure, and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and findings
  • Prepare and structure documents with minor guidance
  • Learn the consulting profession and be a good team player

Associate

Generally, expectations of an associate position are listed as follows:

  • Develop and perfect your consulting skills
  • Conduct analysis of large sets of data independently
  • Identify issues, structure, and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and findings independently
  • Prepare and structure documents independently
  • Manage smaller client meetings or workshops
  • Lead and manage small teams of junior team members while working project work streams or project topics
  • Learn and practice the consulting profession and be a good team player
  • Learn the philosophies and practices of our firm
  • Show self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed data
  • Explore and help develop business opportunities
Manager

The manager position is designed for qualified candidates with several years of work experience in a leading consulting company or at a managerial position in an industrial enterprise. Managers are expected to have an excellent professional expertise (functional competence and industry knowledge) and experience in management and leadership.

Managers are key contributors to the growth and development of our team. In this regard they will be expected to:

  • Independently manage projects for our clients
  • Manage teams of consultants to deliver excellent quality work, actively participate and contribute to work delivery
  • Structure the work, elaborate work approaches, deliver tangible results
  • Develop and coach junior consultants and act as role models
  • Adhere to budgets and schedules
  • Contribute to extending work and developing new business and business relationships
  • Contribute to company knowledge base through intellectual capital development
  • Develop business through excellent relationships with their clients and high quality of work provided
Principal

Principals are expected to manage large and complex engagements, build client relationships, contribute to business development, and fulfill firm-building responsibilities. More specifically, we expect them to:

  • Independently manage large projects of complex nature (multi-streams, multi-regions)
  • Consistently make a significant impact on client business performance and be recognized and valued by our clients for the quality of their work
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in the areas of expertise
  • Effectively handle leads and identify opportunities through proposal development, presentations, and client relationships that generate and extend business for the firm
  • Demonstrate integrity and gain a positive reputation for firm building activities such as thought leadership, team play, and people development—develop and coach junior consultants
